Credit card required for reservations
With limited seating and an extremely high number of cancellations and no-shows we are experiencing, we have implemented a new reservation policy. A credit card is now required to reserve a table. If you do not wish to provide a credit card, we welcome walk-ins and will commence a wait list when required. For best availability for walk-ins, we recommend arriving before 6:00pm or after 8pm.
To avoid a $35 charge per person, five hours’ notice or more is required to cancel or modify a reservation. Reservations that “no-show” will also be charged $35 per person. Cancellation can be made via phone 403.678.4878, email email@example.com, or on the booking app you used to reserve.
By providing your credit card details, you consent to our policy and fees as stated. Please advise all members in your party of this policy before making a reservation. We allow a 10-minute grace period for your reservation so please arrive on time as your table is likely booked after your visit and will limit your dining time.
