Sage Bistro's Supper Club

This special evening of food and wine pairings put on about 5 times per year is a night not to miss!

The menus consist of a seven course tasting menu that will excite your senses and elevate your palate! It is an exploration into cuisine that will broaden your culinary awareness.

Paired with wines that are carefully matched to the flavours and weight of each course you will experience the essence of food and wine marriage.

Seating is limited to 20 guests to create an intimate evening where everyone is seated at one long table which gives you a chance to meet and converse with other guests.
